About Julia Balousek, RN, BSN

Julia has been a registered nurse for 13 years and is a graduate of Loma Linda University. She began her career working on an Inpatient Oncology unit at Loma Linda University Medical Center. After moving to Oahu, she joined the Telemetry unit at Kaiser Moanalua Medical Center, working as both a floor and charge nurse. Most recently, she has transitioned into Aesthetic nursing where she enjoys assisting others to look and feel their best.

Julia spends her free time with her husband, three dogs, family, and friends. She enjoys puns, camping in the redwoods, tide pooling, and traveling the globe. As a food enthusiast, she’s never met a sandwich she didn’t like and is always looking for opportunities to try something new.
